CONSIDERING:
That within the framework of the provisions contained in the General State Budget 2010, the Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Energy promulgated Ministerial Resolution No. 482-10, which at the time constituted support for the BCB Board of Directors to approve, via Board of Directors Resolution No. 142/2010, the request for a concessional extraordinary credit to ENDE, for an amount of up to Bs32,523,750.90, authorizing the President of the Institution to negotiate with ENDE the conditions and terms of the indicated contract.
