Board Resolution No. 070/2013: Approval of Modifications to the Internal Regulation for Operations through SUCRE
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 6 of the Internal Regulation for operations through the SUCRE system to restrict admissible payments exclusively to export commercial operations involving enterprises and tariff codes expressly authorized by the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy or PROMUEVE-Bolivia. Additionally, the resolution mandates that Bolivian Authorized Operators (BOAs) must verify that purchase-sale contracts and trade instruments explicitly state that payment will be made through the SUCRE Clearing and Settlement System (CCC).
