In accordance with the provisions of Section 11C(c) of the Companies Act, 1994, Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Agrani Bank Ltd' to 'Agrani Bank PLC' (in English: Agrani Bank PLC) in the list of Scheduled Banks, effective Wednesday, 04 October 2023 corresponding to 19 Ashwin 1430.
