The Connecticut Department of Banking approved the merger of Connecticut Energy Employees Credit Union, Inc. into Mutual Security Credit Union, Inc. Gigapix Studios, Inc. was fined $1,300 and required to retain Connecticut securities counsel for three years for offering unregistered securities and late filings. Aegis Capital Corp. was fined $15,000 and ordered to cease and desist from violative conduct regarding recordkeeping failures. Amado America LLC filed for a check cashing service license, and the Bank of New Canaan received intent not to disapprove for a limited branch.
