Additionally, the Commissioner issues cease and desist orders and civil penalties against Home Credit Law Center, United Processing Center, Inc., and Alliance Mitigation Group for unlicensed debt negotiation, and fines Stephen P. Pazdar $25,000 while making his cease and desist order permanent for securities violations.
