Thomaston Savings Bank filed to open a full-service branch in Wolcott, Connecticut, while Community Healthcare Credit Union, Inc. closed a full-service branch in Vernon. The Commissioner entered a Consent Order with Collect Pros, LLC, ordering it to cease acting as an unlicensed consumer collection agency and barring its manager, Michael Allan Ross, from control roles for three years. Additionally, an Order to Cease and Desist and Notice of Intent to Fine were issued against Signal Lake Side Fund entities and Barton W. Stuck for offering unregistered securities, operating as unregistered investment advisers, and making misleading filings, with fines not to exceed $100,000 per violation.
