Vanguard Funding LLC was ordered to cease and desist and pay a $1,500 civil penalty for failing to file a required mortgage call report. Columbia Funds Series Trust and Columbia Funds Series Trust I agreed to pay $8,500 to resolve delinquent securities notice filings.
