The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits written public comments regarding Salisbury Bank & Trust Company's application to open a full-service branch in Newburgh, NY, and Eastern Savings Bank's application to change its name to Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank. Comments must be submitted in writing to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date. Objections to the name change are permitted on the grounds that the new name may confuse the public.
