The Connecticut Department of Banking approved the name change of Eastern Savings Bank to Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank. The Department also authorized Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union to open a full-service branch in Milford and to establish a credit union services organization for technology-related products. Additionally, the Commissioner issued an Order to Cease and Desist, an Order to Make Restitution, and a Notice of Intent to Fine against Endeavor Management Solutions, LLC and James Ward Doyle for violating securities registration and antifraud provisions regarding a $30,000 investment.
