The Connecticut Department of Banking approved Dutch Point Credit Union to relocate its branch from 8 West Main Street to 241 Main Street in Niantic. Amerifund Home Mortgage LLC paid a $500 civil penalty under a Consent Order for failing to file a change of address and update its surety bond. Christopher Sakelarakis received an Order to Cease and Desist, an Order to Make Restitution, and a Notice of Intent to Fine for misappropriating $60,000 and violating securities laws. Endeavor Management Solutions, LLC and James Ward Doyle were each fined $100,000 for violating securities registration and antifraud provisions regarding a $30,000 investment.
