Evolve Bank & Trust applied to establish a loan production office in West Hartford, while Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union closed a branch in Hartford with an ATM remaining on site. The Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with LeadPoint, Inc., requiring a $10,000 civil penalty for operating as an unlicensed lead generator. Additionally, an Order to Cease and Desist, Order to Make Restitution, and Notice of Intent to Fine were issued against Native American Energy Group, Inc. and three individuals for selling unregistered securities and violating antifraud provisions.
