Vanguard Group, Inc. filed an acquisition statement to acquire more than 10% of the stock of Webster Financial Corporation, the holding company of Webster Bank. Trumbull Credit Union, Inc. requested approval to amend its bylaws and expand its field of membership to include residents of Trumbull, Fairfield, Easton, Bridgeport, Monroe, Shelton, Stratford, Milford, Orange, Derby, and Newtown. Written comments on these applications must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's date.
