Union Savings Bank filed an application to establish a full-service branch at 454 Main Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut, with a proposed opening date of Summer 2023. The organizers of The New Canaan Bank withdrew their application to organize a Connecticut bank and surrendered the temporary certificate of authority issued on July 7, 2022. Written comments regarding these applications must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin date.
