The Commissioner revoked Jeffrey Lenard Moore’s mortgage loan originator license in Connecticut due to the revocation of his license in Montana and his failure to update his NMLS application. The Commissioner also imposed $100,000 fines each on Blackstone Wealth Solutions LLC, Paul Brian Kopman, and Matthew Craig Hults for securities fraud, including the unauthorized transfer of over $300,000 from an elderly investor’s account and operating as unregistered investment advisers. These enforcement actions were rendered by default after the respondents failed to request hearings on prior cease and desist and restitution orders.
