The Connecticut Banking Commissioner issued Consent Orders against Andrew M. Komarow and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Komarow is indefinitely barred from transacting business as a broker-dealer or investment adviser agent in Connecticut, with a fine temporarily stayed for three years due to inability to pay. Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. were fined $75,000 for charging unreasonable commissions on low principal equity transactions between July 2018 and July 2023, and must provide restitution to affected customers.
