The Connecticut Department of Banking revokes the investment adviser registration of GlennCap LLC and permanently bars it from transacting business in the state, while imposing a seven-year bar on sole member Jonathan Vincent Glenn and staying a $100,000 fine due to inability to pay. The department also fines TradeStation Crypto, Inc. $29,411.76 for offering an unregistered digital asset interest product to Connecticut investors and orders the firm to cease and desist from regulatory violations. Additionally, the bulletin announces the closing of a Mutual Security Credit Union branch in Stratford, effective March 31, 2024.
