The Connecticut Department of Banking approved a field of membership change for Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union to remove AAA Club Alliance members. The Commissioner entered into consent orders requiring Betrlink, LLC, MTAG Services, LLC, and ARS Portfolio Services, LLC to pay civil penalties and back licensing fees for operating without required licenses. Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC and related entities agreed to pay $20 million in administrative costs and penalties for deficient cybersecurity practices. Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. was directed to pay $335,754.72 for charging front-load commissions on mutual fund shares sold prematurely.
