The Connecticut Department of Banking solicits public comments on applications from Jewett City Savings Bank to establish a full-service branch in Mansfield and from Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union to close a branch in Hamden and open a new one at the same location. Additionally, the Department reviews an application by United Business & Industry Federal Credit Union to convert from federal to state charter status. Written comments must be submitted to Banking Commissioner Jorge L. Perez within ten business days of the bulletin's issuance.
