Circular 119/2020/TT-BTC on Registration, Custody, Clearing, and Settlement of Securities Transactions
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 119/2020/TT-BTC to regulate the registration, custody, clearing, and settlement of securities transactions, effective from February 15, 2021. This regulation supersedes and renders Circular 05/2015/TT-BTC void upon its effective date. The document establishes the current legal framework for securities transaction operations under the State Securities Commission.
