Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform that, on the dates established below, new functionalities of the Empresas.NET System will be available.

2. Starting from 02/01/2019, the Distance Voting Bulletin included and approved in the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) CI.Corp System will be automatically delivered to the Empresas.Net System, through the integration of the aforementioned systems, and therefore made available on the CVM and B3 websites.

3. Starting from 03/04/2019, the submission of periodic and occasional information, with the exception of structured forms (Reference Form - FRe, Registration Form – FCa, Quarterly Information – ITR, Standardized Financial Statements – DFP and Securitization Company Quarterly Report - SEC), must occur through the “IPE Online” functionality, dispensing with the procedure of filling out and generating the document on the client side. In this regard, to submit these documents (in ‘pdf’ format exclusively), one must access the Empresas.Net System via the address https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENET, and then, in the “Document Submission” menu, select the “IPE Online” option.

4. The information contained in this circular letter must be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the Empresas.Net System.

5. Finally, we inform that training sessions on the new functionalities will be held in Rio de Janeiro, on 02/25/2019, in São Paulo, on 02/26/2019, and in Belo Horizonte, on 02/27/2019, with details regarding the training sessions to be announced by B3 at the appropriate time.
