Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System - version 15.0.0.2 Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly held companies and foreign companies that, starting from 10/07/2019, version 15.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes the following adjustments:
   (i) deletion of the document type “Periodic and Occasional Information”, considering the implementation, on 03/04/2019, of the “IPE Online” functionality, as per Circular Letter 01/2019-CVM/SEP of 02/01/2019; (ii) deletion of the Standard Form “Quarterly Report from Securitization Company”, considering Circular Letters CVM/SIN 08/19 and 10/19, respectively, of 07/24 and 09/09/2019; (iii) Registration Form: adjustments in the “Auditor” and “DRI and Equivalent Person” fields; (iv) Reference Form: adjustments to fields 2.1/2, 3.8, 6.1, 12.5/6 and 12.7/8.

2. Therefore, starting from 11/30/2019, only structured forms generated by version 15.0.0.2 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 15.0.0.2 can be done through the CVM’s electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information on companies, Programs for sending documents - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 15.0.0.2 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 15.0.0.2, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be directed to the B3’s Issuers Superintendence.

   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by e-mail or by phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by e-mail.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
