To Securitization Companies,
Subject: Submission of periodic and occasional information regarding issuances of Real Estate Receivable Certificates (“CRI”), when the separate estate is constituted in accordance with Law No. 9.514/97.

Dear Sirs,

Complementing Circular Letter No. 8/2019/SIN/CVM, of July 24, 2019, this circular serves to inform you of the completion of the implementation, in the Fundos.NET system, of the CRI Monthly Report, whose content reflects Annex 32-II of CVM Instruction No. 480/09 (CRI Monthly Report).

Therefore, the first submission of the CRI Monthly Report must occur within 30 days after the reference date of September 30, 2019, as provided for in Article 1 of Annex 32-II of ICVM 480, through the aforementioned system.

To fill out the CRI Monthly Report, the form template available in the “Support Materials” menu of the system must be used, selecting the option “CRI Monthly Report”.
