Circular Letter CVM/SIN 08/2019: Submission of Periodic and Occasional Information for CRA and CRI Emissions via Fundos.NET

To Securitization Companies,
Subject: Submission of periodic and occasional information regarding CRA and CRI emissions, when a separate asset pool is established in accordance with Law No. 9,514/97.

Dear Sirs,

Considering the obligations arising from CVM Instruction 600, of August 1, 2018 (“ICVM 600”), which amended CVM Instruction No. 480/09 (“ICVM 480”) in this regard, this Circular Letter serves to inform Securitization Companies that, starting from 10/01/2019, the submission of periodic and occasional information regarding CRA and CRI emissions, when a separate asset pool is established, must be carried out exclusively through the Fundos.NET System.

The differences that will remain, temporarily, regarding the submission of monthly CRI and CRA information are described below.

1. System Access
   The Fundos.NET System must be accessed via the address https://fnet.bmfbovespa.com.br/fnet, using the username and password made available on 07/04/2019 by B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) to investor relations directors.

2. Structured Forms provided for in ICVM 480

2.1 – CRI Emissions subject to separate asset pool
According to Article 35 of ICVM 600/18, the content of Annex 32-II of ICVM 480/09 will be reported monthly. However, while this report is not yet structured in the Fundos.NET System, its quarterly submission via the Empresas.NET System will be maintained.

As soon as the implementation date is defined, Securitization Companies will be informed through a new Circular Letter.

2.2. – CRA Emissions subject to separate asset pool
To fill out the CRA Monthly Report, as established in Annex 32-III of ICVM 480/09, the form model available in the “Support Materials” menu of the Fundos.NET System must be used, selecting the option “CRA Monthly Report”.

The first submission of the CRA Monthly Report must occur within 30 days after the base date of 09/30/2019, as provided for in Article 1 of Annex 32-III of ICVM 480.

Regarding the base dates of 07/31/2019 and 08/31/2019, we inform that the submission will still occur in the current manner, that is, through the Empresas.NET system.

3. Customer Service
   B3 will promote training on the use of the Fundos.NET System, which must be scheduled by phone at (11) 2565-5064.
