Subject: Updates to the Central Corporate Intelligence System - CICORP – March/2022.

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies and other participants in the remote voting chain about new developments in the Central Corporate Intelligence System – CICORP (“CICORP”), whose adjustments can be consulted through the system manual for stock issuers available to the user at the address https://cicorp.bmfbovespa.com.br/.

2. The CICORP developments include the following deliveries:

a) Provision of a version of the standardized questions in the system, in accordance with CVM Instruction No. 481/2009. Once the English version of the bulletin is selected, when deliberations that have a standardized text in Portuguese are chosen to compose the day's matters, their English versions will already include a fixed translated text.

b) Systemic development that enables the distribution of votes, in an election for the board of directors through a multiple voting process, proportionally, among a different (including smaller) group of candidates than that indicated in the simple election. For this purpose, it will be possible, in the specific question about multiple voting, to indicate candidates, by means of favorable votes for them, among which the votes will be distributed proportionally by the system. The other voting possibilities in case of multiple voting (abstention and indication of percentages) will be maintained, and the systemic changes will have no impact on the text of CVM Instruction No. 481/2009, nor will there be any need for adaptation by custodians, issuers, or registrars.

3. The development described in item “a” above will be available in CICORP starting from 25/02/2022. The development described in item “b” above will be available starting from 14/03/2022, so that only votes inserted or sent to CICORP from that date onwards will be treated according to the aforementioned development.
