Subject: Creation of new associations in the Empresas.NET System - Smaller-Sized Companies (CMP) - CVM Resolution No. 232/25.

Dear Investor Relations Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform that the new associations (Categories) for documents submitted exclusively by smaller-sized public companies (CMP) that intend to use the rules applicable to the Capital Access Facilitation and Listing Incentives Regime – FÁCIL within the capital market, as provided for in CVM Resolution No. 232/25, which entered into force on 03/16/2026, are now available in the Empresas.NET System. The resolution is available for consultation on the CVM website and accessible via the link: https://conteudo.cvm.gov.br/export/sites/cvm/legislacao/resolucoes/anexos/200/resol232consolidado.pdf.

2. Therefore, the registered issuer classified as CMP, who chooses to submit the FÁCIL Form, must use the "FÁCIL Form" Category.

3. If opting to submit the Semi-Annual Information Form – ISEM, the "Semi-Annual Information Form - ISEM" Category must be used.

4. The list of waivers of regulatory obligations must be presented under the "Regulatory Obligation Waiver List" Category.

5. Any problems or difficulties in sending these documents should be reported, on business days, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., to CVM external support, via email: suporteexterno@cvm.gov.br or by phone: 0800 944-3535.
