Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System - version 17.0.0.1.

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public and foreign companies that version 17.0.0.1 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, starting on 3.5.2021, whose adjustments can be consulted through B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão’s (“B3”) website (http://www.b3.com.br/Produtos e Serviços/Soluções para Emissores/Sistema Empresas.NET).

2. Starting on 3.5.2021, documents created by the new version (17.0.0.1) and also by versions 16 and 17, which will remain in effect, will be accepted.

3. The download of version 17.0.0.1 can be done through the CVM’s website on the World Wide Web (www.gov.br/cvm, section Data Search, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information on companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as through B3’s website (http://www.b3.com.br/Produtos e Serviços/Soluções para Emissores/Sistema Empresas.NET).

4. Version 17.0.0.1 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher and the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 17.0.0.1, you must back up the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to B3’s Issuers Superintendence.

7. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or by phone; and

b) On-call service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
