Subject: Extension of the use of version 15.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies that, considering the issuance of CVM Deliberation No. 849, on March 31, 2020, which postpones the deadline for the delivery of periodic information by open companies, the use of version 15.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System will be extended until July 3, 2020.

2. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

3. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8 am to 8 pm, by email or by phone.

b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8 pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

4. Issues received after 8 pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
