Subject: New extension of the use of version 15.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System.
Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies of the extension of the deadline established in Circular Letter No. 3/2020-CVM/SEP for the use of version 15.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System until further disclosure regarding the availability of version 17.

2. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

3. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on business days, from 8 AM to 8 PM, by email or by phone. b) On-Call Service: on business days, after 8 PM or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

4. Issues received after 8 PM on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 AM on the following business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
