Subject: Clarifications regarding the validity of versions 15.0.0.2 and 16 of the Empresas.NET System.

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to clarify, in response to questions received from participants regarding Circular Letter No. 5/2020/CVM/SEP of July 3, 2020, the extension of the use of version 15.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System.

2. Initially, it is worth noting that versions 15.0.0.2 and 16 have no structural differences and both are eligible for use until the release of version 17 of the Empresas.net system, which is scheduled for September 2020.

3. With this caveat made, we clarify that version 15.0.0.2, whose use was possible until July 3, 2020, has been extended until a date to be defined, upon the release of version 17.

4. The extension occurred due to a flaw identified in version 16, specifically in the PDF report of Quarterly Information (ITR) regarding the "Income Statement," "Comprehensive Income Statement," and "Cash Flow Statement" tables, where the column header for the fiscal year includes, in addition to the year dates, the acronym "DMPL."

5. We emphasize that the above-reported flaw does not prevent the preparation, submission, or correct display of the ITR on the CVM and B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3) websites – in the case of companies listed on B3 – including regarding the column header, meaning there is no informational impact in version 16.

6. Given the scenario described above, we have decided to maintain both versions of the Empresas.net system until the availability of version 17.

7. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.
