Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System - version 17.0.
Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public and foreign companies that version 17.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available starting October 5, 2020.

2. The adjustments can be consulted on the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) website (http://www.b3.com.br / Products and Services / Solutions for Issuers / Empresas.NET System) and, in summary, are as follows:

• Implementation of a new chart of accounts for use by financial institutions, starting from the close of the 3rd quarter/20, in accordance with regulatory provisions of the Central Bank of Brazil;
• Improvement in filling out financial statements in the ITR and DFP forms – especially with the automatic calculation of totals – and in the data import process;
• Exclusion of the “Cash Dividends” table from the ITR and DFP forms;
• Improvement in report generation, particularly regarding the headers of the FCa, FRe, ITR and DFP forms.
• Implementation of the “Load batch files” functionality, which allows, in a single screen, the import of all .pdf files in the FRe;
• Possibility of sorting, on screen, the information from table 12.5/6 of the FRe; and
• Inclusion of the “Condemnations” tab in the “person registration” screen of the FRe, to take advantage of this information in all FRe tables where it applies.

3. We alert that starting November 1, 2020, only structured forms generated by version 17.0 will be accepted.

4. Starting October 5, 2020, version 17.0 can be downloaded from the CVM website on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, Companies, Information Submission, Empresas.NET System or through the Systems Center, Companies, Document Submission - Empresas.NET System), as well as from the B3 website (http://www.b3.com.br / Products and Services / Solutions for Issuers / Empresas.NET System).

5. Version 17.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 10.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

6. Before installing version 17.0, you must back up the unsent forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

7. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, should be directed to the B3’s Issuers Superintendence.

8. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or by phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

9. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
