Subject: Extension of the use of version 16.0 of the Empresas.NET System.
Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly-held companies and foreign companies of the extension of the use of version 16.0 of the Empresas.NET System.

2. Circular Letter No. 8/2020 stated that starting from 11/01/2020, only structured forms generated by version 17.0 would be accepted.

3. The extension hereby informed is necessary notably so that it continues to be possible to send, via version 16.0, the ITR form by financial institutions and publicly-held companies.

4. All other information contained in Circular Letter No. 8/2020 remains valid.

5. Therefore, although the two cited versions remain available, we recommend the use of version 17.0 whenever possible, due to the improvements informed by the document cited in the previous paragraph.

6. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the Issuers Superintendence of B3.

7. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or by phone.

b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the following weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
