Subject: New functionalities of the Empresas.NET System

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter, continuing Circular Letter No. 6/2018-CVM/SEP and Circular Letter No. 8/2018-CVM/SEP, dated August 3, 2018, and September 28, 2018, respectively, aims to inform that starting December 19, 2018, a new functionality of the Empresas.NET System will be available for reporting the information referred to in Article 11 of CVM Instruction No. 358/02, which will allow the creation, structured and standardized filling, and submission of individual and consolidated forms (“Forms”).

2. The new functionality will be applicable to report movements, carried out from the month of December 2018, involving securities issued by the company and derivatives referenced to them, subject to the application of CVM Instruction No. 358/02. In this way, the information that must be delivered by January 10, 2019, will use the new functionality.

3. We suggest that the information contained in this letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the system.
