Subject: New functionalities of the Empresas.NET System Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform that, starting from 09/03/2018, new functionalities will be available for the provision of information referred to in (a) article 11 of CVM Instruction No. 358/02, which will allow the creation, structured and standardized completion, and submission of individual and consolidated forms (“Forms”); and (b) article 29-A of CVM Instruction No. 480/09, which will allow the creation, structured and standardized completion, and submission of the “Report on the Brazilian Corporate Governance Code.”

2. Regarding the functionality described in item (a) above, once the completion of the Individual Form of each director, member of the board of directors, the fiscal council, and any organs with technical or advisory functions created by statutory provision is finalized, the Consolidated Form will be automatically generated. Similarly, upon submitting the Individual Form, the system will also automatically submit the Consolidated Form.

3. The new functionality will be applicable to report transactions, carried out starting from the month of September/2018, involving securities issued by the company and derivatives referenced to them, subject to the application of CVM Instruction No. 358/02. In this way, the information that must be delivered by 10/10/2018 will use the new functionality.

4. Regarding the functionality described in item (b) above, we reiterate that, according to the decision of the Collegiate Body of this CVM of 03/13/2018, the deadline for submitting the “Report on the Brazilian Corporate Governance Code” has been extended to

10/31/2018.

5. In this regard, we inform that training sessions will be held in Rio de Janeiro, on 08/20/2018, and in São Paulo, on 08/21/2018, regarding the new functionalities, and details about the training sessions will be announced in due course.

6. We suggest that the information contained in this letter, as well as the attached manual, be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the system.
