Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. We refer to Circular Letter No. 6/2018-CVM/SEP, dated August 3, 2018, through which it was informed, among other matters, the availability of new functionalities for the provision of information referred to in Article 11 of CVM Instruction No. 358/02.

2. Regarding this matter, given the impossibility of using these new functionalities in cases where any of the persons mentioned in the aforementioned Art. 11 does not have a CPF/CNPJ, we inform the postponement of the obligation to send the structured forms until the necessary adjustments are made to the system.

3. We also clarify that, until these adjustments are finalized, the submission of forms must continue to be made through the IPE Module of the Empresas.NET System.

4. Nevertheless, companies that do not fall under the exception mentioned in the second paragraph above may use the new functionality for the creation and completion of structured forms, and may even generate “pdf” files and send them in the manner described in the previous paragraph.

5. Finally, we inform that, as soon as the system changes are completed, the SEP will publish new guidelines.
