Subject: New associations for submitting voting maps - Empresas.Net System. Dear Investor Relations Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform listed companies that, for assemblies convened from 01.01.2025 onwards, the new associations for submitting voting maps via the Empresas.Net system will come into force, within the deadlines set forth in CVM Resolution No. 81/22, as detailed below:

a) Before the assembly takes place:

Synthetic Map of the Central Depository (Article 46-B, item I):
Submission deadline: 24 hours before the assembly.
Submission: mandatory

Important: pursuant to Article 46-B, sole paragraph, the company will be exempt from disclosing the above synthetic maps, provided it makes available, within 24 hours before the assembly, the “Consolidated Synthetic Map”, provided for in Article 46-C, item II, which reflects the consolidation and reconciliations of the synthetic maps of the central depository, the registrar, and votes sent directly to the company:

Submission deadline: 24 hours before the assembly.

Submission deadline: by the next business day following the assembly.

Detailed Final Voting Map (Article 48, §6, item II):
Submission deadline: within 7 business days after the date of the assembly.

2. The information contained in this letter must be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information via the Empresas.Net System.

3. Questions regarding the use and functioning of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, must be directed to the Issuers Superintendence of B3.

4. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal Support: on business days, from 8am to 8pm, by email or phone. b) On-Call Support: on business days, after 8pm, or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

5. Issues received after 8pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be addressed after 8am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be addressed immediately.
