Subject: Creation of new associations in the Empresas.NET System. Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies about the creation of new associations for document submission in the Empresas.NET (E-NET) System.

2. Starting from 02.01.2023, to make the Offering Brochure available, in compliance with the provisions of Article 23 of CVM Resolution No. 160/22, companies must use the category: Offering Documents of Public Distribution / type: Offering Brochure of Shares/Units or the type: Debt Offering Brochure, according to the security being distributed.

3. We emphasize that, despite the creation of an association for submitting the Offering Brochure via E-NET, it must continue to be presented to the Securities Registration Superintendency (SRE) through the CVM Digital Protocol along with other documents pertinent to the distribution.

4. Furthermore, two other associations regarding documents for bondholders' general meetings were created, aiming to submit voting instructions and manuals for participation.

5. Therefore, starting from 02.01.2023, companies must use the category: Assembly / type: AGDEB / species: Voting Instruction and category: Assembly / type: AGDEB / species: Participation Manual to make the aforementioned documents available.

6. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to B3's Issuers Superintendency.

   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, via email or telephone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively via email.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
