Subject: New table 6.1/2 (Control and economic group - Shareholding position) of the Reference Form (FRE).

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly held companies and foreign companies that, starting from 03.10.2026, table 6.1/2 (Control and economic group - Shareholding position) of the Reference Form (FRE) will have a new layout, which will facilitate the dynamics of its completion, making it more responsive.

2. Therefore, for resubmissions, the system will automatically direct the information already provided in the aforementioned table, contained in the last version, to the new structure.

3. Additionally, starting from 03.10.2026, the complete FRE report will present a new format, including a cross-reference index.

4. We request that the information contained in this letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for sending information through the Empresas.Net System.

5. We inform that questions regarding the use and functioning of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be sent to the Listed Companies Support Superintendency of B3 or addressed to CVM Support, via email: suporteexterno@cvm.gov.br.

6. Contact with the Listed Companies Support Superintendency can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal Support: on business days, from 8am to 8pm, via email or phone. b) On-Call Support: on business days, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively via email.

7. Issues received after 8pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
