Subject: Updates to the Corporate Intelligence Central System - CICORP - December 2021.

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies that a new version of the Corporate Intelligence Central System - CICORP (“CICORP”) was made available on 12/20/2021, the details of which can be consulted through the system manual for issuers available to the user at https://cicorp.bmfbovespa.com.br/.

2. The new version of CICORP includes the following deliveries:

a) Creation of questions for the election of the president and the election of the vice-president of the board of directors, both with fixed text in Portuguese.

b) Availability of the possibility to reorder registered candidates in any type of election, provided that the ballot is still in “Draft” status.

c) Systemic improvement that will prevent a remote voting ballot from having repeated multiple-choice vote questions. This implies that whenever there is a combination of questions of type 12-A, 12-B, or 12-C with a question of type 12-D from Annex 21-F of ICVM 481, CICORP will remove the repeated multiple-choice vote questions, leaving only the multiple-choice vote questions of the 12-D deliberation.

d) Availability of a mechanism that will not allow the Issuer to combine questions of type 12-A, 12-B, or 12-D of Annex 21-F of ICVM 481 with each other in the same ballot.

3. Before the new version of CICORP referred to in this Circular Letter, CICORP already had a series of improvements implemented since 2016, when remote voting was made available. These are:

• In 2017, the creation of remote voting ballots in English was released, and the registration of “AGOE” was eradicated, with the system receiving distinct registrations for AGE and AGO.
• In 2018, integration with the Empresas.NET system was made available for automatic upload of the ballot based on registrations and changes in CICORP. There was also an adaptation of the system to Instruction CVM 594/2017, which began to allow equal and automatic distribution of vote percentage.
• In 2019, an optional functionality was released in CICORP that allows the Issuer to bring information regarding accepted and considered votes for the assembly. A file query was also made available to Custody Agents with the vote status at any time.
• In 2020, the CICORP system began to allow the registration of FII assemblies.
• In the first half of 2021, 4 (four) new deliberations with fixed text were made available based on deliberations 11, 13, 14, and 15 of Annex 21-F of Instruction 481. In addition, the voting start date began to be automatically calculated by the system, always equal to the date of approval of the ballot, and the additional information field began to have mandatory filling and was adapted according to §2 of article 21-F of Instruction 481.

4. For the next version of CICORP, the availability to Custody Agents of another response mechanism for multiple-choice vote questions is under study. The proposal is that the system will also begin to accept the indication of which candidates will receive the equal distribution of vote percentage, without any impact or need for adjustment by the Issuer or their contracted Registrar.
