Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies about the completion of the migration process of structured forms from the Empresas.Net System to the web platform, which represents an evolution of the System and, at a yet-to-be-estimated date, will result in the elimination of the use of the application (client).

2. In this regard, from January 1, 2023, full use of "FRe Online" will be released, including its submission, based on the FRe of 2023, in the Empresas.Net System (address https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENET), under the "Document Submission" menu, which considers, among other things, the new structure as established in CVM Resolution No. 59/2021, dispensing with the procedure of filling out and generating this form in the client.

3. We highlight that the routine of reusing data from FRe prior to 2023 may be carried out for the purpose of filling out the FRe form produced on the web platform, observing that this functionality will apply only to items whose content description has not changed compared to the provisions of the previous CVM norm.

4. We emphasize that any resubmissions of FRe referring to years prior to 2023 must be carried out using the client for its filling out.

5. For users of the Multiple Download functionality, we alert that from January 1, 2023, all FRe forms delivered referring to 2023 will have exclusively the structure resulting from the use of FRe Online.

6. The technical material of the structure resulting from the use of FRe Online is available on the CVM page at
   http://conteudo.cvm.gov.br/menu/regulados/companhias/download_multiplo/manual_tecnico.html.

7. We request that the information contained in this circular letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the Empresas.NET System.

8. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

10. Issues received after 8 pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
