To Trustee Agents

SUBJECT: Extension of Deadline for Submission of the Trustee Registration Form as provided by CVM Instruction No. 583/16

Dear Sirs,

1. We refer to the obligation imposed by CVM Instruction No. 583/16, particularly in its Article 20, regarding the initial submission to the CVM of information through the Registration Form, via a system available on the CVM's Internet page, within a period ending 60 days from January 1, 2018.

2. Given that the new module of the CVM Registration System, regarding Trustee Agents, is still in the final stage of development and implementation, it will not be possible to make this tool available to the external public in sufficient time to comply with the obligation contained in Article 20 of the aforementioned Instruction.

3. Therefore, the CVM Board, in a meeting held on this date, exceptionally extended the final deadline for submitting the Registration Form through the Registration System to up to 15 business days after the availability, to external users, of the Trustee Agents module in the aforementioned system, an event to be communicated to the market through a new Circular Letter, which will also contain the applicable guidelines for using the system.
