Dear Sir/Madam,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform securitization companies and administrators of FIIs and FIDCs about the creation of new associations for the submission of documents in the Fundos.NET (FNET) system.

2. Starting from 01/02/2023, in order to make the Offering Document available, in compliance with the provisions of Article 23 of CVM Resolution No. 160/22, the aforementioned service providers must use:

a. Securitization Companies, for each specific issuance, the category: Public Distribution Offering Documents / type: Securitization Offering Document.

b. FII Administrators, the category: Public Distribution Offering of Quotas / type: Closed-End Fund Offering Document.

c. FIDC Administrators, the category: Public Distribution Offering of Quotas / type: FIDC Offering Document.

3. We emphasize that, despite the creation of an association for the submission of the Offering Document via FNET, this must continue to be presented to the Securities Registration Superintendency (SRE) through the CVM Digital Protocol Office-Circular 1 (1681325) SEI 19957.009383/2021-43 / pg. 1

along with other documents pertinent to the distribution.

4. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Fundos.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendency.
