Administrators of FIIs, FIDCs, and FIAGROs must adapt Fundos.Net reporting. Starting 11/30/2024 for FIDCs and 07/01/2025 for others, periodic reports must use specific classes. Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports require the "Target Audience" field to reflect the class defined in the Bylaws. FIDC administrators must send updated Basic Information Leaflets (Supplements E/F) as PDFs under 5MB via "Periodic Reports" > "Basic Information Leaflet," identifying the reference month as mm/yyyy.

To administrators of FIIs, FIDCs, and FIAGROs. Subject: Adaptation of the Fundos.Net System to CVM Resolution No. 175/22 (“RCVM 175/22”). Dear Sir/Madam,
I - General Guidelines
RCVM 175/22 provides:
a) the possibility for funds to have different classes and subclasses of shares; b) that funds and classes will have a CNPJ (Brazilian Corporate Taxpayer Registry), with the case of a single-class fund having the same CNPJ for the fund and the class; and c) that funds and classes will have their own informational regime, except in the case of single-class funds, which will have a single informational regime for the fund and the class.
Thus, the Fundos.Net System will be adapted to receive information from FIDCs, FIIs, and FIAGROs and their classes, observing the following premises:
a) the current associations (category, type, and species) will be available for sending documents for both the funds and the classes, using the specific CNPJ of each entity; b) starting from 11/30/2024, exclusively for Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDCs), and starting from 07/01/2025, for other funds, certain associations will be available only for sending documents by the class, for example: Monthly Report, Quarterly Report, Annual Report, etc.; c) the identification of the applicability of the associations to the fund and/or the class will be available in the Fundos.Net System, in the Support Materials > Associations section, starting from 10/01/2024.
II - Periodic Reports
We emphasize that, for reports that are now sent to the share classes of investment funds, and no longer directly to the fund, the CNPJ of the share class will replace the CNPJ of the fund in the same fields currently used, without version alteration, thereby reducing the operational impact in sending these documents.
New spreadsheet filling models, with name adjustments, will be available starting from 10/01/2024, in the Fundos.Net System, in the “Support Materials” section.
In the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports of Real Estate Investment Funds, we clarify that the “Target Audience” field must indicate the audience defined in the Bylaws for the class object of the Report and not the recipient audience of any public offering made.
III - Basic Information Leaflets of FIDCs - Supplements E and F of RCVM 175/22
In accordance with Article 18 of Normative Annex II to RCVM 175/22, the administrator of an open class of FIDC intended for the general public must keep updated a basic information leaflet prepared according to the model set forth in Supplements E or F of said Resolution.
In this sense, since August 5, 2024, a specific field has been included in the Fundos.Net system for sending these Supplements, which were previously sent as “other periodic documents.”
Since this date, the sending of the Supplements must be done using the category “Periodic Reports” and the type “Basic Information Leaflet.” The file must be sent in .pdf format with a maximum size of 5MB and the identification of the reference month in the format “mm/yyyy.”
In case of doubts about the use of the Fundos.Net system, the Superintendence of Support to Issuers of B3 should be contacted, by phone (11) 2565-5063 or email emissores.fundos@b3.com.br.
Sincerely,
Cynthia Barião da Fonseca Braga
