Subject: Temporary suspension of the obligation to send periodic files.

Dear Director,

With reference to the letter sent on December 10, 2015, we inform you that the sending of files related to the former Fundos 157 is temporarily suspended as of October 19, 2016, considering the obligation to send the files up to the present date to be fulfilled. A new letter will be sent as soon as a technological solution is found that allows the consultation by holders of Fundos 157 quotas to be made available again.
In case of doubts, we request that you contact the Investor Guidance Management 1, by telephone (21) 3554-8315 and speak with Mario Monnerat (9am to 6pm) or Claudio Maes (2pm to 8pm).
