Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System - version 17.0.0.2. Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly held companies and foreign entities that version 17.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System will be available starting 03/28/2022, whose adjustments can be consulted through the electronic page of B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) (https://www.b3.com.br/pt_br/produtos-e-servicos/solucoes-para-emissores/sistema-empresasnet/).

2. Starting 03/28/2022, documents created by the new version (17.0.0.2) and also by versions 16 and 17.0.0.1, which will remain in effect, will be accepted.

3. The download of version 17.0.0.2 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the world wide web, under Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center (https://www.gov.br/cvm/pt-br/assuntos/regulados/consultas-porparticipante/companhias/empresas.net), as well as through B3's page (https://www.b3.com.br/pt_br/produtos-e-servicos/solucoes-para-emissores/sistema-empresas-net/).

4. Version 17.0.0.2 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .Net Framework 4 or higher and the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 10.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 17.0.0.2, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, through the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover the files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use and functioning of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to B3's Issuers Superintendence.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
