Circular Letter No. 2.737 — Establishes a new form for providing information regarding bank fees

Establishes a standard form template listing products and services whose fee changes must be reported to the Central Bank under art. 3 of Resolution No. 2.303, as amended by Resolution No. 2.343. The form replaces and unifies those in Circular Letters Nos. 2.714 and 2.727 and is available at Regional Offices from 26.05.97. Reporting institutions may not alter printed product or service codes or add their own; information is not periodic and is provided again only if a fee amount changes, in which case only the changed fields are filled in.
