To General Managers of Entities Administering Organized Markets Subject: Disclosure of the list of stocks and stock-representative assets eligible for trading in the Large Lots market and their respective minimum lots.

Dear Sirs,

Considering, a. the provisions of Article 95 of RCVM No. 135/2022, which assigned to the CVM the responsibility for disclosing the stocks and securities representative of stocks eligible for trading in large-lot operations and their respective minimum lot sizes; b. that in the collegiate meeting No. 37 of October 4, 2022 [1], the proposal presented by the methodology technical area for the definition of large lots in accordance with the SMI manifestation embodied in Internal Letter No. 21/2022/CVM/SMI [2] was approved unanimously;
c. that the aforementioned decision assigned to the SMI the competence to update the aforementioned list, provided that the approved methodology is used.

The SMI discloses, in substitution for the list annexed to SMI Circular Letter No. 2/2023, the updated list of stocks and securities representative of stocks eligible for trading in large-lot operations and their respective minimum lot sizes, valid as of September 1, 2024. This Superintendence informs that the aforementioned list will be valid until the publication of a new asset list.

Additionally, the table below provides information on the distribution of the number of assets for each minimum lot size group.
