Dear Sirs,

Considering, a. the provisions of Article 95 of RCVM No. 135/2022, which assigned to the CVM the responsibility for disclosing the stocks and securities representing stocks eligible for trading in large-lot operations and their respective minimum lots; b. that in Collegiate Meeting No. 37 of October 4, 2022, the proposal presented by the technical methodology area for defining large lots in accordance with the statement of the Superintendency of Market and Intermediary Relations ("SMI") embodied in Internal Letter No. 21/2022/CVM/SMI was approved unanimously;
c. that the aforementioned decision assigned to the SMI the competence to update the aforementioned list, provided that the approved methodology is used.

This Superintendency discloses, in substitution for the list attached to Circular Letter No.

3/2024/CVM/SMI, the updated list of stocks and securities representing stocks eligible for trading in large-lot operations and their respective minimum lots, valid as of November 10, 2025. The SMI informs that the aforementioned list will be valid until the publication of a new list of assets.

The number of assets comprising each group is contained in the Table below, and the file with the distribution of assets by group in .xlsb format is available at:
