In view of the provisions of Article 3 of Resolution No. 2,303, of July 25, 1996, as amended by Article 1 of Resolution No. 2,343, of December 19, 1996, we clarify that, effective July 1, 2005, the Conformity Declaration referred to in Item 3 of Circular Letter No. 3,138, of June 9, 2004, must be submitted via the "Quarterly Conformity" option, included in transaction PESP580, of the Central Bank's Information System - Sisbacen.
