Considering the provisions of Article 3 of Resolution No. 2,303 of July 25, 1996, as amended by Article 1 of Resolution No. 2,343 of December 19, 1996, we clarify that the information provided for in that norm continues to be submitted by institutions through transaction PESP 580 of Sisbacen - the Central Bank's Information System - whenever there are changes in the value or frequency of the service charge, observing a minimum deadline of 10 (ten) business days before its effective date. Within 90 days from the date of issuance of this document, these submissions must include the foreign capital and foreign exchange products and services listed below:
a) Export: Foreign exchange contract issuance; b) Export: Foreign exchange contract issuance via Internet; c) Export: Settlement with payment order; d) Export: Document verification; e) Export: Simplified Foreign Exchange (all client expenses at the bank); f) Import: Foreign exchange contract issuance; g) Import: Payment Order issuance; h) Import: Other Tariffs (does not include expenses abroad); i) Import: Simplified Foreign Exchange (all client expenses at the bank); j) Financial - Inflow of resources: Foreign exchange contract issuance; k) Financial - Inflow of resources: Foreign exchange contract issuance via Internet; l) Financial - Inflow of resources: Settlement with payment order; m) Financial - Inflow of resources: Preparation of ROF; n) Financial - Inflow of resources: Preparation of ROF scheme; o) Financial - Inflow of resources: Registration in Cademp; p) Financial - Outflow of resources: Foreign exchange contract issuance; q) Financial - Outflow of resources: Foreign exchange contract issuance via Internet; r) Financial - Outflow of resources: Payment Order issuance; s) Financial - Outflow of resources: ROF alteration.
