Circular Letter No. 3605 — Amends and Consolidates Procedures for Registering Tariffed Service Packages and Their Values Under Circular No. 3,512 of November 25, 2010

The Head of the Department of Monitoring of the Financial System (Desig), in the exercise of the authority conferred by Article 22, item I, clause "a" of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 29,971 of March 4, 2005, in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of Article 2 of Circular Letter No. 3,512 of November 25, 2010,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil must register, through option 1 of the PESP580 transaction of the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen), in group 15.00 STANDARDIZED PACKAGE NATURAL PERSON, the following tariffed service packages:

I - 15.01 Standardized Service Package I, for the registration of the value to be charged for the use of the services listed in Table II annexed to Resolution No. 3,919 of November 25, 2010;

II - 15.02 Standardized Service Package II, for the registration of the value to be charged for the use of the services listed in Table I annexed to Resolution No. 4,196 of March 15, 2013;

III - 15.03 Standardized Service Package III, for the registration of the value to be charged for the use of the services listed in Table II annexed to Resolution No. 4,196 of 2013;

IV - 15.04 Standardized Service Package IV, for the registration of the value to be charged for the use of the services listed in Table III annexed to Resolution No. 4,196 of 2013.

Sole Paragraph. The tariffed service package "15.01 Standardized Individual Package" shall henceforth be designated as set forth in item I.

Article 2. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.

Article 3. Circular Letter No. 3,138 of June 9, 2004, is hereby revoked.
